Who we are

Information we collect
When you contact us, we may receive your name, work email address, telephone number, employer, project or site details, specifications, drawings, photographs and any other information you choose to provide. Our website hosting and security services may also process technical information such as IP address, browser type, time of access and requested pages.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to respond, prepare estimates and specifications, take steps towards a contract, deliver projects and keep appropriate commercial records. The usual lawful bases are taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performing a contract, and our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the business. We use optional advertising and measurement technologies only with your consent.
Who receives it
Information may be processed by service providers that support website hosting, security, communications and project delivery. If you consent to advertising measurement, Google may process information connected with visits and conversions. We do not sell personal information. Some providers may process information outside the UK using their applicable contractual and legal safeguards.
How long we keep it
Unsuccessful or preliminary project enquiries are normally reviewed and deleted after 24 months. Information connected with a customer, quotation, contract, warranty, legal duty or dispute may be kept for longer where reasonably necessary.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of your information, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. About the enquiry form
